철도안전법 개정에 따른 하위 법령 개정 및 보완 방향

According to the introduction of a private enterprise in the field of railway and Light train, appearance of the urban railway management way occurs. So, the Railroad Safety Act was revised for establishing the safety system by reinforcing the related standard such as an original railroad safety standard in the field of Railroad Safety. The change of the safety system of the operation agency according to the revision (such as expansion of safety organization and improvement of safety facilities) and the safety standard of the field of the Light train which enforces the unmanned operation will be discussed in this chapter.
