Mid infrared applications of silicon thermoplasmonics

We propose novel platform for wide range of applications using doped silicon in the Mid infrared. In this range a highly doped silicon acts like a plasmonic waveguide with various interesting application. These application include biomedical sensing, gas sensing, and thermal energy harvesting.
