하수처리시설 구성설비의 고장률 데이터 분석 및 평가

Recently reliability design and maintenance strategies are becoming as important for the large and complex plant system to keep the availability and safety. In order to understand the effect of equipment failure for the sewage treatment plant, failure frequency and repair practices were quantitatively analyzed with the cases of U sewage treatment plant in P region, and the results were compared with OREDA handbook data. Compared to OREDA handbook data, failure rate of rotating equipment was more intermittent, and failure rate of fixed equipment and control equipment was more frequent. And the repair time showed similar with OREDA handbook data.
