An original refreshing frequency can be maintained, the amount of pixels updated in each time by the display screen is reduced, the problem that reduce of the refreshing frequency of the display screen causes a splash screen phenomenon is solved, the splash screen phenomenon is avoided while the original refreshing frequency of the display screen is maintained, and the power consumption of the display screen is reduced.
