The realization technology of ATLAS driver based on IVI

This paper outlines the characteristics of IVI specification and its driver framework,and then presents the programming characteristics of ATLAS.Aim at the realization of signal-oriented statements of ATLAS,introduces a driver development technology based on IVI,namely adopts COM technology to establish a signal interface between upper ATLAS program and IVI driver to achieve the interactive communication between test program and lower instrument drivers.The fulfillment shows that this technology commendably guarantees the instrument interchangeability and TPS's portability.
