Aquatic products safety traceability system construction and improvement is one of the effective ways to ensure the safety of aquatic products. With the concept of Supply and Demand Network Management and characteristics of aquatic products, this paper studies the aquatic products safety traceability system based on Supply and Demand Network from three aspects: information revealing level, solution of negative externalities and economic benefits. Aquatic products enterprises decision model is established in the paper, and the model studies show that the aquatic products safety traceability system based on Supply and Demand Network has higher information revealing level, can effectively solve the problem of negative externalities of unqualffied aquatic products and brings more economic benefits to the system. So aquatic products safety traceability system based on Supply and Demand Network is more effective, which is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of aquatic products safety traceability system.
