The Feasibility Study on the Sunshine Sports Combined with the Cross-country Orienteering

Using the methods of interview and logical reasoning,concept,purpose of the sunshine sports concept and value of the cross-country orienteering were researched,combing points between the sunshine sports and cross-country orienteering was found.The results show that the sunshine sports and the cross-country orienteering can be combined.When the school to promote the sunshine sports,the cross-country orienteering is one of the important project of worth introducing school sports.
