Field Application of the Technology of Microbial Paraffin Cleaning and Preventing in Well of High Temperature and Hyperhaline of Jianghan Oilfield

Through laboratory research,the relation of salinity,inoculum concentration and acting time which had an effect on the growth of paraffin bacteria and the performance of microbial paraffin cleaning and prevention were obtained,.After the experiment of temperature and salt domestication,the paraffin bacteria was used in three oil wells of Jianghan Oilfield,it was found out that these bacteria not only had great effect,but also could keep good effect in long time.It also could replace the chemicals to stop hot wash,reduce the production load and the cost.For those results,it is proposed the application of the technology should be promoted.
