An elastic vibration damping and supporting device for an operational test of a wind power speed increaser is characterized in that a safety guide pillar is mounted below a drive support cover plate, two sets of wear-resisting pads are embedded on the upper face and the lower face of a drive support base plate respectively, two drive support stand plates are welded on the left side and the right side of the drive support base plate, and the drive support cover plate and the drive support base plate are connected through bolts to form a drive support assembly shaped like a Chinese character 'kou'. Two adjustable support stand plates are welded on the front side and the rear side of an adjustable support base plate, two sets of adjustable guide pillars are connected with an adjustable support cover plate and the adjustable support base plate respectively, and the adjustable support cover plate and the adjustable support base plate are connected through bolts to form an adjustable support assembly shaped like the Chinese character 'kou'. The elastic vibration damping and supporting device has the advantages the device can be applied to the operational test of wind power speed increasers of different power specifications, the generality problem of a test bed is solved, the problems of vibration, impacting and the like when the wind power speed increasers run are solved, transmission quality is guaranteed, running reliability of the wind power speed increasers is improved, the service life of the wind power speed increasers is prolonged, and the device is reasonable in structure, strong in bearing capacity, reliable in work, and good in generality.
