평면변압기 적용 개선된 영전압․영전류 스위칭 풀-브리지 DC/DC 컨버터

Due to the reduced circulating flows through transformer and switching devices during the freewheeling interval, the conventional ZVZCS FB phase-shifted DC/DC converter cannot achieves the zero voltage switching in the one leg of the primary. To alleviate that problem, we propose an improved Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switching(ZVZCS) DC/DC converter which is achieved the zero voltage switching in the all switching devices by the increased the transformer magnetizing current. The proposed ZVZCS converter is verified on a 600W, 200㎑ experimental prototype.
