Failure Regularity of Superheater Tube in Power Plant Boiler

At the boiler heating surface,superheater tubes are subjected to the worst working environment.As a result,leakage and burst frequently take place due to material fracture.These accidents also increase economic losses of power plants.According to different failure reasons,superheater tubes rupture failure modes can be divided into ductile fracture,brittle fracture,creep rupture and corrosion fracture.Through analysis on the actual failure cases,failure trees of superheater tube are built to summarize the injury factors.For avoiding serious injury factors in the process of production,corresponding preventive measures are presented for design,operation and maintenance.
