Study of Centric Slide in Periodontal Patients with Occlusal Trauma.

中心域滑走における早期i接触と, 咬合性外傷の発症との関連1生を検討するために, 考究用模型を用いて, RCPと咬頭嵌合位 (ICP) 問の距離RCPからICPへの (2) 前後的偏位量ならびに側方的偏位量および ((31)) ベクトル値について測定した。被験者は, 成人性歯周炎患者でRCPでの早期接触歯に咬合性外傷が認められない非外傷群10名と, 咬台性外傷が認められた外傷群10名で上記の項目について比較検討した結果, 以下の結論を得た。1. RCPとICP間の距離は, 外傷群が有意に大きかった (p<0.05) 。2. RCPからICPへの前後的偏位量は, 外傷群が1.91±0.10mm, 非外傷群が1.62±0.17mmであり, 外傷群が有意に大きかった (p<0.05) が, 側方的偏位量は有意差が認められなかった。3. RCPからICPへのベクトル値は, 外傷群が有意に大きかったp<0.05) 。以上から中心域滑走時の咬合性外傷の発症に中心域滑走距離が関与していることが示唆された。
