Delirium due to anthelmintic drug overdosage: case report.

Ozet Altmýþ dort yaþýnda erkek olgu, antihelmintik ilac alýmý sebebiyle acil servise getirildi. Literaturde; piperazine hekzahidrat ve levamizol HCl’nin tedavi dozlarýnda norotoksik etkileri bildirilmesine raðmen, aþýrý alýma baðlý akut norotoksik etkileri ve deliryum bildirilmemiþtir. Olguda ayný anda uc farklý antihelmintik ilacýn aþýrý alýmýna baðlý deliryum geliþmiþtir ve olgu, tedavinin dokuzuncu gununde tamamen iyileþerek taburcu edilmiþtir.
