FEM 구조해석을 이용한 모터 베이스 진동 저감을 위한 최적설계기법 고찰

There was a vibration problem in a Induction motor being used in an Oil Chemical Plant. To find the reason, I measured vibrations in various points of Motor structure. After that, I found the reason of vibration. There exists a resonance frequency around 360㎐ in H-beam structure for motor. To reduce the vibration, I used FEA(Finite Element Analysis). I reinforced H-Beam using Ribs. And I added some Channels to the base structure. To find optimal positions of ribs, I used optimal technique. I used a Screening technique and Response surface method for Optimization. I found optimal positions for Ribs. After reinforcing, The 360㎐ modes disappeared. Using Modified & reinforced structure, Vibration problem was cleared.
