Improved Approach for Ontology Similarity Computation

This paper proposes a synthesized approach of similarity computation.It uses the Hirst-St-Onge semantic relativity algorithms to determine whether there is correlation among different domain ontologies.It takes account of the name,attributes,instances,relations of concepts and compares in many ways if it is relevant.A comprehensive similarity measuring method based on the MD3 model is proposed.It tests the method with two group data and then compares the results.Experimental results show that the approach is better than the MD3 model in recall rate and precision rate.
