Numerical solutions of a nonlinear radiative transfer equation with inadequate data

Abstract Iterative algorithms for solving numerically a nonlinear radiative transfer equation with inadequate data are presented and tested by numerical simulations. It is found that these iterative algorithms do give excellent results.
