Led consist fabricate illumination lamp

PURPOSE: A prefabricated LED lamp is provided to discharge the heat from an LED by arranging a heat sink on an external surface of a lamp case. CONSTITUTION: A lower side of a lamp case is opened. An aluminum heat sink(22) is arranged on an outer surface of the lamp case. An upper side of a lamp cover(30) is opened. A lamp cover is combined with the lamp case to form a device space unit. The lamp case and the lamp cover are made of polycarbonate material. An LED circuit board(50) is arranged in the device space unit. A DC drive circuit(52) is arranged on an upper side of the LED circuit board. A PCB(56) is arranged on the lower side of the LED circuit board.
