Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction

The Council of Europe’s EUR-OPA Major Hazards Agreement, platform for co-operation in the field of major natural and technological disasters between Europe and the South of the Mediterranean, focuses on the rights of people with disabilities and disaster risk reduction. It aims at setting up inclusive policies and plans taking into account specific needs of people with disabilities in disaster risk management.
