ANTIBODY FORMATION BY RABBIT LYMPH NODE CELLS. IV. THE DETAILED METHODS FOR MEASURING ANTIBODY SYNTHESIS BY INDIVIDUAL CELLS, THE KINETICS OF ANTIBODY FORMATION BY RABBITS AND THE PROPERTIES OF CELL SUSPENSIONS.

We have reviewed our findings concerning the properties of the rabbit and of cell suspensions important for single cell studies of antibody formation. Included are the kinetics of the response of rabbits to immunization, controls on techniques for isolating cells, and conditions for antibody synthesis in tissue culture.
