Effect of Manufacture and Assembly on the Frequency of Circularly Interlocked Blade

In recent years, the influence of manufacture and assembly tolerance on circularly interlocked blade frequency is uncertain while the structural analysis of the circularly interlocked blade is accomplished with CAE/FEA software.According to FEA result, the difference of frequency with shroud gaps is investigated, and computing result with experimental data is compared.Based on the analysis of the effect of manufacture and assembly, the actual shroud gaps can be attached to the FEA model. With these facts, the FEA result approximates to experimental data, and it can be used as a reference for the dynamic frequency test.
