On Modern Library for Long-distance Education

With the analysis of the characteristics of long-distance education,the paper analyzes the problems that obstacle the library's long distance-education function,besides it is also proposed new ideas for library long-distance education efficiency including the resource environment,the service competence,information providing system and digital library.
