DRX dynamic configuration method, terminal and base station

According to the method, the base station can configure short DRX cycles dynamically at low cost so that the terminal can adapt to power saving demands of different data services. The terminal carries out the following processing: receiving a DRX cycle use instruction sent by the base station, judging whether the received DRX cycle use instruction is a long DRX cycle use instruction, and if yes, using long DRX cycles. The base station carries out the following processing: judging whether UE needs to use the long DRX cycles according to data reaching rules of the terminal, and if yes, sending the DRX cycle use instruction to the UE. The terminal comprises a receiving module and a DXR module. The base station comprises a judging module and a sending module. With the DRX dynamic configuration method, the terminal and the base station, DRX effects can be developed better.
