Research & Development on Testing & Control System for Performance Test-bed of Electric Power Steering

According to EPS testing requirements and methods,servo-motors were used to drive both ends of EPS,sensors and multi-function data acquisition card were used to collect the data of the tested EPS,DMA data acquisition method was used in the test- bed.Testing system can analyse the data which are collected from the EPS,and then display data and curves on the computer screen immediately.The test-bed can accurately test the performance parameters of the tested EPS.
