IGBT소자의 손실과 온도 분포에 관한 연구

The power electric system uses one of the most concerning factor for the reliablitiy of the electric propulsion ship. In this paper IGBT of the switching devices is modeled for cosisting inverter. The inverter is included the propulsion motor and it is cooled with fresh water system. The theraml conduction characteristic of model can be carried out with simulation, and the model is designed with the equivalent circuit of cooling fin module. Temperature variation is investigated through temperature of cooling fin and power loss of switching chip.
