Actuator comprising mechanic filter

An actuator comprising a mechanic filter is provided to eliminate vibration due to high frequency by effectively removing the interference of the high frequency so as to secure an accurate position control. In an actuator comprising a mechanic filter, an outer gimbal(220) is formed around a vibrator. One end of a first shaft is connected with the vibrator. A second shaft extended from the outer gimbal is perpendicular to the first shaft. The mechanic filter comprises an inner gimbal(124), which is formed between the vibrator and the outer gimbal and connected with the other end of the first shaft, and a connection shaft(210) which connects the inner gimbal with the outer gimbal and is formed in the same direction with the second shaft. The vibrator is vibrated on the first and second shafts by vibrating the outer gimbal on the first and second shafts according to an external input. The vibration of the second shaft of the outer gimbal is transferred to the vibrator through the connection shaft.
