Analysis on the Influence of Indoor Heating Regulation upon Heating Network

In order to understand the influence of heating hydraulic changes upon heating network,based on the theoretical analysis,this paper aims to find out laws of the influence of indoor heating regulation upon heating network.The connected systems can be divided into two parts:direct and indirect.The research is to establish the mathematical expression to show the influence of automatic changes of heating supplying for each unit on the heating network,by applying the fitting function of software Excel.The paper reaches the result that when indoor heating system is directly connected to heating network,the consistency being kept between heating network and indoor heating system with the variable heating supply and variable-speed pumps,meanwhile its flow in heating network is changing;when the indoor system is indirectly connected to heating network,and the volume of indoor heating system is regulated smaller,correspondingly,the return water temperature of indoor heating system changes higher,the difference in temperatures between supply and return water become smaller,and the heating supply of the indoor heating system is reduced,while the flow of the heating network is stable.In conclusion,whatever connected systems are adopted,the influence of pumps of heating system is produced.When system directly connected,variable-speed pumps should be applied in order to adjust to the variable flow system based on the indoor adjustment;while,when system indirectly connected and flow keeping stable,the consistent-speed pumps can be adopted.
