Neoadjuvant chemotherapy of stage III‐A and B lung carcinoma using the pacco regimen

Previously, we reported an effective chemotherapeutic combination regimen for non‐small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC): cisplatinum, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, CCNU, and vincristine (PACCO).
