Case studies of prediction and mitigation of induced AC voltages on pipelines
暂无分享,去创建一个
Several cases of AC induction on pipelines that parallel power corridors are described in this paper. The pertinent aspects of the parallel pipelines are given with the predicted voltages, with and without mitigation. The relationships between measured and predicted voltages are discussed. The practical application of existing theory is described along with comments on the severity of discontinuities as identified during theoretical evaluation. The use of mitigating wires is discussed along with a description of possible problems.
