Delay dependent stability of neutral systems with time delay: an LMI approach

A delay dependent stability problem is addressed for neutral systems with discrete and distributed delays. A new stability criterion, based on the solution of linear matrix inequalities, is proposed. Two examples are given to illustrate that the proposed method is effective and can provide a less conservative result.
