RadionuclideAngiographicDemonstrationof SystemicLungArterializationwith ArteriovenousFistulas

The value of radionuclide angiography has been reported to demonstrate systemic arterialization in bronchopulmonary Se questration (I ,2). The casedescribedhereconstitutesa particular entity of lung systemic arterialization of a normally aerated and ventilated pulmonary base, presentingwith a basalthoracic bruit. Radionuclideangiographyachievedthe diagnosis, which wascon firmed by other investigations.
