A Linear Featured-data Scheme for Image Reconstruction in Time-domain Fluorescence Molecular Tomography

By extending the previously developed generalized pulse spectrum technique for time-domain diffuse optical tomography(DOT),a linear,featured-data image reconstruction algorithm for Time-domain fluorescence molecular tomography(FMT)is proposed to reconstruct fluorescent yield and lifetime simultaneously,and the methodology is validated with simulated data.
