Abstract : Instructional System Development (ISD), a systematic method for developing military instruction, is used by the military services to develop or revise a large portion of the training courses. The Instructional Quality Inventory (IQI) was developed to provide quality control/evaluation procedures for ISD. This report provides complete documentation for all the IQI procedures.
