Latest Progress on Foreign Harmonic Measurement Standards

For coordinating the revising of national harmonic standard GB/T 14549—1993,this paper outlines relative contents of IEC 61000-4-7:2002〈General Guide on Harmonics and Inter-harmonics Measurements and Instrumentation,for Power Supply Systems and Equipment Connected Thereto〉(International Standard)from the general articles of IEC 61000-4-30:2003〈Power Quality Measurement Methods〉(International Standard), and shows the differences between the first and second editions of the standards,specially,details some new concepts in the standards.It can be used as a refrence for professionals.
