OPTICALLY PUMPED Cd3P2 LASER

Coherent laser oscillation with wavelength near 2.12μ has been achieved in as‐grown crystal of Cd3P2 at 4.2°K using pulsed optical excitation from a Q‐switched Nd‐doped YAG laser.
