Lateral thrust and aerodynamics blended control system design based on auto disturbance-rejection controller

Auto disturbance-rejection controller technique is applied to the synthesis of a longitudinal autopilot for a missile with lateral thrust and aerodynamics blended. At first, the characteristics and the main control problem for blended system are analyzed and the blended control model is established. Then, three close loops design method is proposed for the blended control system. The inner-loop and medium-loop are designed by auto disturbance-rejection controller, which is insensitive to the variation of the plant parameters and external disturbance. The external-loop is designed by PI controller. The simulation results show that the designed system attains high dynamic performance and steady-state performance and the controller has excellent robustness performance.
