Research on Real-Time Simulation Modeling of Four-Quadrant Converter System Based on Basic Components

In the field of real time HiL (hardware-in-Loop) simulation of rail transportation traction electric drive system, in order to solve the problems that real-time simulation model, based on the equation of equivalent circuit state, occupies too many resources of system and lacks universality, and it is difficult to achieve on-line adjustment of variables. This paper presents the analysis and modeling of the basic components such as inductor, resistor, capacitor, four-quadrant convertor and so on. It realizes the real-time simulation of the four quadrant converter system. What’s more, the feasibility and effectiveness of the simulation model are verified by comparing the real-time simulation results with the experimental data.
