Failure and Treatment Measure of HX_D2 Locomotive′s Big Capacity Buffer with Coupler

Faiveley buffers are used for the high speed and heavy load locomotive of Da Qin line.When they pull the 20,000 ton train,some couples can not go back to the center line automatically,caps of pushing rod fall off,elastic pads are broken,end pin bushes of couples and pin bushes of yokes move.This paper analyses all the failure and gives the treatment measure.
