On descrete band-limited signal extrapolation

Two generalized discrete band-limited signal extrapolation methods are presented. These methods are capable of altering the structure of the eigenvectors as well as the distribution of the eigenvalues of the linear matrix operation, and thus improving the extrapolation process.
