Sandwich composites have be applied to most industry, such as construction and civil engineering, train, marine ship, and automotive. But any study didn't cover some solutions for averting a weakness, for example delamination between the face and the core. This study inspected the properties of static behaviors, i.e. bending & buckling test on stitched sandwich composites developed to preserve the week points, such as core shear fracture and delamination. As to the results, the flexural properties of stitched sandwich composites are able to resist larger load and deformation than those of nonstitched sandwich composites. Stitched sandwich composites also have the superiority on buckling load. This results will be applicable to use as the body structures of train, truck, and bus.
