Local and Nonlocal Correlations

The central concept in this book is nonlocal correlation. We shall see that this idea is closely related to the idea of true randomness, that is to the idea of events that are intrinsically unpredictable. Chance is already a fascinating subject in itself, but here we shall be talking about nonlocal chance. These are completely novel notions and very surprising, even revolutionary. And neither is it easy to grasp their relevance, which means that this chapter may well be the most difficult.
