APSRTC is the largest public transport organization in the world which is facing huge losses due to less number of passengers traveling on APSRTC. The organization has tried to boost up the sales by launching marketing initiatives. This study has focused on the status of the implementation of the marketing initiatives and prepare inter depot comparisons for implementation of the various marketing strategies. The results indicate that the marketing initiatives Hail & Board has created an excellent image in the minds of the customers.
