Dual six-roller flattening machine

The invention discloses a dual six-roller flattening machine which comprises two rail seats, four cross beams, an operation side stander, a transmission side stander, a first six-roller system, a tension measurement roller and a second six-roller system, wherein the two rail seats are fixed on a factory foundation; the operation side stander and the transmission side stander are fixed and supported on the rail seats; the operation side stander and the transmission side stander are respectively an integrated steel casting with double windows and are connected with each other through the four cross beams to form a whole; the first six-roller system and the second six-roller system are respectively arranged into the corresponding windows of the standers; the tension measurement roller is arranged between the first six-roller system and the second six-roller system, supported on the standers and used for measuring tension during rolling; and band steel is subjected to secondary cold rolling and flattening rolling through the first six-roller system, the tension measurement roller and the second six-roller system. The dual six-roller flattening machine has the remarkable characteristics of being compact in structure, short in band penetration time, high in unit efficiency, high in rolling yield and easily guaranteeing the integrated assembly precision and the like.
