Level Measurement Using MEMS Pressure Sensor

In this work, a pressure sensing method is proposed to measurement the liquid level in a tank. Because liquid level sensing in industries like Petro-chemical industries, Paper making industries, Water treatment industries is dangerous when we are using electrical methods. So pressure sensing technology is introduced here. In this paper the comparison of capacitive level sensor and MEMS pressure sensor is done. MEMS pressure sensor has several advantages like linearity, sensitivity, low cost, and better accuracy.
