Robust stabilization of large space structures via displacement feedback

It has been known that static feedback of velocity and displacement can stabilize large space structures with collocated sensors and actuators robustly against "any" uncertainty in mass, damping, and stiffness. This paper presents a class of dynamic displacement feedback which can achieve such robust stabilization as well. The proposed control law can be implemented in a decentralized scheme.
