Crashworthness of a strcuture is complicated system and individual performance of parts do not necessary compare frame. For the stucrural analysis of frontal sub-frame and uppr body, FEM is used since it is the most widely used. In this paper, the main objective of this works is replace the EV vehicle front sub frame and upper body with better design and aluminum material instead steel and study its effect on occupant kinematics.
