Efficiency testing technology and evaluation of the electric vehicle motor drive system

In order to get a more realistic full-speed and torque workspace efficiency MAP of the drive motor system, and help to evaluate the performance of the electric vehicle drive motor system more accurately, this paper calculates a part of points' efficiency in the work area, by measuring the motor parameters of each points. Then, use cubic Hermite interpolation method to interpolate the data in the horizontal and vertical dimensions several times for optimizing, filtrating and fitting the data, in order to estimate the efficiency MAP of the whole area. And finally it can estimate efficiency of the vehicle according to its running conditions online, and realize the real-time energy consumption identification.
