Microstrip-line feed circularly polarized cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna

A circularly polarized cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna fed by a single microstrip feed line is studied. Circular polarization radiation is obtained by printing two vertical metal strips on the surface of the cylindrical dielectric resonator.
