Transfer of Multimedia Information in Real-time Cooperative Design

The multimedia interactive environment is one of the essential means in real-time cooperative application. This environment will enlarge very much the problem for the occupation of large volume network bandwidth resource, which exists originally in ordinary multimedia conferencing system. Based on unicast and multicast way, a hybrid multimedia information process and transmission method is put forward, which makes the occupation of network bandwidth for multimedia information transmission in read-time cooperative design application decreased distinctly.
