Multimedia data decoding apparatus, audio data receiving method and audio data structure therein

PURPOSE: A multimedia data reproducing device, an audio data receiving method and an audio data structure are provided to simply receive audio data by using an HTTP(Hyper Text Transport Protocol) without using a complex audio video streaming protocol, and to synchronize the audio data with a video when outputting the data, thereby removing inconvenience of manufacturing another DVD. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(200) receives data from a server(210) through a network, or receives data through a storage medium(205). A markup resource stored in the server(210) is received to a markup resource buffer(202). The markup resource stored in the markup resource buffer is decoded in a markup resource decoder(204). Moving image data stored in the storage medium(205) is received to an MPEG data buffer(201), and is decoded in an MPEG decoder(203). The decoded image and the markup resource decoded data are displayed together.
