. Tentar estabelecer uma metodologia nodiagnostico e conduta dos pacientes com massas renais solidas ecomplexas, comparando os custos e beneficios dos diferentes meto-dos de diagnostico por imagem. Procuramos avancar no diagnosticodiferencial entre lesoes benignas e malignas, particularmenteatraves da investigacao das calcificacoes tumorais.Metodos: Realizamos um estudo prospectivo em 31 pacientesportadores de massas renais solidas ou complexas, todos elessubmetidos a ultra-sonografia abdominal (US), ultra-sonografiadoppler da massa renal (US Dop), tomografia computadorizada(TC) e ressonância magnetica (RM).R
